Campaign for ‘Yes’ Vote Gains Momentum in Rajibpur and Kodalkati Char Areas

A widespread campaign in favor of the ‘Yes’ vote has been carried out in the char (riverine) areas of Rajibpur and Kodalkati ahead of the upcoming referendum. The outreach activities were conducted in various villages and local marketplaces across the char regions to highlight the importance and significance of the referendum among local voters.
Active participants in the campaign included Rabiul Islam Robin, Shahidul Islam, Nejat, Mamun, Abdullah Hil Hadi, and Belal. They engaged directly with the general public, encouraging them to take part in the referendum. The campaigners also explained that the referendum provides people with a direct opportunity to express their opinions, thereby strengthening the democratic process.
During the campaign, speakers emphasized that the referendum is extremely important for fulfilling the long-standing expectations and demands of the char-area residents. They urged everyone to remain aware, avoid any misinformation, and ensure their presence at polling centers to cast a ‘Yes’ vote.
Local residents of the char areas responded enthusiastically to the campaign. Many shared their views on the referendum and expressed keen interest in participating.
